Clumsy Start to the School Year Angers Teachers and Parents

Problems with corona tests, hard-to-reach healthcare authorities, and poor communication with parents led to a rocky start to the school year.

Teachers’ representative Paul Kimberger said that the logistical problems with the PCR tests were especially acute. “This did not work particularly well”. The situation caused chaos in some places.

The cooperation with health authorities also did not work well he said. In cases of infection, there was occasionally only very insufficient information, said representatives for parents.
