Follow these steps to add new members to your group subscription account.

Go to keepviennaboring.at and login to My Account with the login information you have received per email after submitting your order. You are now the administrator of your company’s business subscription account and can add or remove users to your team.

At first you are the only user of the business subscription, so you have to add new members to your team. To do so, please select Team from the menu on the left side.

Now click Add Member. Now you have two ways to add new members to your team. 

Option 1: Go to Registration, copy the registration link and send it to your future team members privately. They will have to register via this link and will afterwards get access to Metropole

Option 2: Go to Add Member and add your future team members email addresses one by one to the field. After you click the “Add member” button, the person you entered will receive the invitation to join your team per email. You’ll find more information on this further down.

As an account administrator you can also delete existing members and add new ones, assign roles to your team members or i.e. appoint a new administrator to take care of the account at a later point of time. As soon as a team member accepts your invitation, she/he will get full access to Metropole online content and will be able to change the shipping address she/he wants to receive the print magazine at. Below we’ll explain how to do so.

Your team members will receive a setup guide with their invitation, but just in case, here it is if they need help.

What payment options are available?

Business subscriptions are billed annually or monthly and can be paid via credit card, direct debit, check or electronic bank payment.

How do I change my shipping address?
