Marry Me a Little

The Vienna Theatre Project takes on Stephen Sondheim

A bittersweet take on urban isolation, this musical revue by the Vienna Theatre Project  is about  two lonely singles living next door to each other in the big city, both fantasizing about their neighbor on a Saturday night. Despite their mutual desire, neither has the courage to strike up a conversation, let alone leave the apartment, preferring reverie to reality. Songs by Broadway legend Stephen Sondheim (West Side Story; Sweeny Todd) help the story unfold, including his better known musicals  such as Anyone Can Whistle, Follies, Company, A Funny Thing Happened On the Way To The Forum and A Little Night Music. Starring veteran musical actors Jacqueline Braun and Tim Hüning, fresh from performing Mamma Mia at the Raimundtheater.
